Trust centre
See where your data lives, and know it is never used to train AI.
askKira is a UK AI developer and every product in the portfolio runs on the same secure foundation. This page is the whole of it: the hosting, the isolation, the oversight, the certifications and every document your data protection officer is going to ask for.
Every product runs on the same secure, UK-hosted platform
Twelve products, one platform. It is the reason a new specialist product can exist in months rather than years, and the reason a trust can sign it off.

Your data
Straight answers to the questions your DPO asks first
Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is never used to train an underlying AI model, and a partner’s intellectual property remains the partner’s.
Where is it hosted?
In the United Kingdom, on AWS London.
Can another organisation see it?
No. Each organisation’s data is kept logically separate from every other organisation on the platform.
Who can see what, internally?
Administrators hold audit logs of who accessed what and when, so use is visible to the people accountable for it.
What about children?
Products used in schools carry automated safeguarding monitoring, with alerts routed to your own administrator rather than to us.
What is the legal basis?
A UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement. askKira is registered with the ICO under ZB622646 and holds Cyber Essentials certification.
The models
Choose which AI models your organisation can use
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity all run on the platform, alongside image and video generation, and an administrator decides which are available to their organisation. The product picks the right capability for the job; you keep control of where the data goes and who can see it.
Documents
The documents your data protection officer will ask for
Our own legal documents, which is what a data protection officer is usually asking for. The free templates you can adapt and re-badge live with the rest of the free resources.
Need a document that is not on this page?
If your data protection officer wants something that is not on this page, ask and we will send it.
